Monthly Subscriptions:

If within the first 30 days of using our service, you are unhappy, please contact us. We will try to resolve your issue or offer a timeline for a solution. If we cannot meet your needs, we will gladly refund your purchase or downgrade your account to the free plan.

Annual Subscriptions:

We do not require an annual commitment, but we offer a discount for those who choose this option. If within the first 45 days of using our service, you are unhappy, please contact us. We will try to resolve your issue or offer a timeline for a solution. If we cannot meet your needs, we will gladly refund your purchase or downgrade your account to the free plan.

If at any time during your contract, we remove, break, or discontinue functionality that was available at the time of your purchase, please notify us immediately. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will offer a refund or alternative for the remainder of your contract.

Auto-Renewal:

Monthly and annual subscriptions will auto-renew unless you cancel the service. We might notify you before each renewal and send a receipt after each renewal. You may cancel your subscription up to five business days after your renewal date.

Exception to Refund Policy:

We will not offer a refund if we have suspended or terminated your access to our services due to a violation of our terms and conditions.
